In our ongoing mission to empower volunteers, we have successfully hosted boot camps in Erbil, Duhok, and Sulaymaniyah, engaging over 50 participants in each city. Our first boot camp took place in Erbil on 14/7/2024, our Duhok boot camp on 6/10/2024, and our Sulaymaniyah boot camp on 18/8/2024. These boot camps are designed to equip youth with essential skills in leadership, management, communication, and more. “I learned a lot of invaluable skills in how to lead a team and successfully manage an event together, and I also met a handful of talented and skillful people,” said one participant.
After several days of intensive training led by experts, participants organize their graduation ceremony, demonstrating the knowledge and skills they’ve gained. The top-performing individuals will be selected as team leaders for upcoming events and activities.
