We are excited to announce that OIC is launching an amazing new initiative – Kurdistan Debate – and they need your support! This prestigious event will take place on September 9th at the Rotana Grand Ballroom, starting at 2 PM, and we’re looking for 10 enthusiastic volunteers to help make the day a success. What You’ll Be Doing: Photography: We’re looking for 2 volunteers with a knack for photography to capture memorable moments. You’ll help guests take high-quality photos with their own phones and ensure a warm, friendly experience. Guest Welcome: Greet and check in guests as they arrive. We need 2 volunteers for this role to manage the welcome desk and make sure everyone is accounted for. Paddle Distribution: Help distribute debate paddles to attendees on stage. This is a key part of the event, and we need several volunteers to make it run smoothly. Seating Guidance: Assist in guiding guests to their seats in the non-VIP sections of the hall. Writing Booth: We need 1 volunteer to assist at the writing booth, where you’ll help record topics for the debate. Why Volunteer? Be part of a groundbreaking new initiative.
